Terms and Conditions
Last updated September 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of BOH.OS (the “Service”), provided by the people who build and operate it (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Early access
BOH.OS is in early development and offered to a small number of restaurants as a pilot. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly, and we may reset or migrate data as the Service evolves. Keep your own records of anything your business must retain, such as payroll and time records, and do not rely on the Service as your only copy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login and any employee PINs confidential, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. Owners and managers are responsible for who they invite to their restaurant and what access they grant.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful;
- try to access another restaurant’s data or any part of the Service you have not been given access to;
- interfere with, overload, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- resell or redistribute the Service without our agreement.
4. Your data
The inventory, receiving, waste, scheduling and time-clock records you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them only to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for meeting any legal obligations that apply to your business, including labor, payroll and recordkeeping requirements.
5. Not professional advice
Figures the Service shows, such as stock value, costs, and meal and rest break reminders, are tools to help you run your kitchen. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you should verify anything you rely on for compliance or financial decisions.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
